With this valuable knowledge in mind, Care CC has built a network of protective providers and services designed to increase your capacity to make best use of your plan.

Coordinators of specialised support should assist in overcoming obstacles that impede Participants' access to and maintenance of appropriate support services. They should collaborate with participants, family members, and carers to:
Determine and comprehend the barriers affecting the Participant's ability to access, utilise, and maintain their support services.
Specialist support coordinators should collaborate with the Participant, their families, and carers to identify a comprehensive network of funded and non-funded supports that can assist the Participant in implementing their plan.
