The team at Care CC create a working partnership with yourself, and the participants and carers to build a program that is designed to improve quality of life really make a difference in their lives. Care CC has been co-designed with participants and staff who have lived experience of the discrimination and difficulties faced by the disability community. The fruits of co-design has resulted in fantastic innovations like easy read service agreements, smoother onboarding processes and increase participant feedback and participation.
